William E. Bull, D.C. | Licensed to Practice as a Chiropractor in VA and SC

Dr. William Bull, DC, served in the United States Navy in the submarine and also worked as a nuclear test engineer. He graduated from the College of Charleston in 1993 and received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life College in 1997.Dr. Bull  practiced full time in the State of South Carolina from 1997-2014 before moving to Cape Charles, Virginia in August of 2014 where he and Janet opened Bayside Chiropractic Rehab and Laser. In addition to his chiropractic experience  Dr. Bull is also experienced in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning. He trained athletes at the high school, college, and professional level at his gym, Back in Shape Fitness Center, in Chapin, SC. He has cared for hundreds of patients dealing with pain, tingling, numbness, and tightness originating from the central and peripheral nervous systems. Dr. Bull searched for a way to treat his patients with peripheral neuropathy without the harmful side effects of drugs. In 2013, Dr. Bull’s search lead him to the K-Laser Class IV therapeutic laser system. The laser is also used on his chiropractic patients to help speed up the healing process by more than 50 % while reducing pain and inflammation. Dr Bull has been studying and working towards his diplomate in functional neurology and utilizes it in his practice regularly .Dr. Bull is a practitioner that is committed to constantly improving the treatment outcomes and quality of life for those suffering . Dr. Bull utilizes numerous chiropractic techniques and utilizes manual and instrument adjusting.
